It is truly despicable that the largest city union does not provide free pharmaceutical coverage, especially considering all the other unions do. But then again, it is also reprehensible how they barely pay the para's. Or how teachers have to purchase classroom supplies themselves.

Thanks Lee. I couldn't agree more. And in case you did not know, Mulgrew had 450 million in discretionary funds in the last contract. He could have used them to give the paras a real, pensionable raise. He chose not to. Only when Fix Para Pay got 75% of the vote in the union election did he decide that paras need "respect."

Arthur, the attachment also provides the e-address and contact telephone number.

It is incredible that the New York Public Service Retirees can provide the information but not the UFT.

Well, Unity is busy doing Very Important Stuff. However, as you shared with me, the e-mail address is primecentralsupport@levrx.com. The contact numbers are 833-998-5351 and 888-302-1469. You could also reach out to UFT Welfare Fund at 212 539 0500.

Are there other retirees or dependents who are have trouble accessing Prime Therapuetics?

Arthur Goldstein's avatar

There are all sorts of complaints on Facebook. I had trouble too, at first. I googled Prime Therapeutics and arrived at the wrong site. The correct one is primecentral.com

There are many in tier 4 and now Tier 6 who are going (in the future) to realize the importance of what u are putting forth on this platform —and it will come to a better light as (hopefully) reflected in future union votes.

The general union population apathy is apparent, though, so that this hope through the/our future election process remains.

Have a blessed year 2026& beyond !

You too! We're working on something that we hope will wake them up, in some small part at least.
