I may not agree with Maryanne on sundry political issues but will continue to donate to her organization. She was the lone voice who took on an incredible task and did it well! Personally, she saved me close to $200 a month, which was the cost our union waged to keep traditional medicare. She fought in court and on the streets. She did not deserve the tongue lashing we witnessed at our meeting today. The lashing hides the fear of losing cult control.

Great job, Arthur! I saw you speak as I attended online. Will any of these resolutions we voted on actually be voted on at the DA? I hope so. I think it's outrageous that Randi Weingarten gave up 1.25% for 2 days for 17 years. We need to get the 8.25% back; especially when non-NYC NYS teachers collect 8.25%.

When will you put forth an amendment to erase our payment for Part D? What needs to be done to put that up as a resolution? I think Leo Casey needs to wake up if he thinks that MA is dead. No one can predict what will happen in the future. If we put it into law, no one can screw us and put us into MA without changing the law. That would be the safest way to go. Thank you for all you do, Arthur.
