The DA is so tightly controlled that it's a miracle if anyone not already on Mulgrew's agenda gets to speak at all. But you're absolutely right we need to keep spreading the word!
That's fine, but what I'm saying is he largely knows who he's going to call on. He knows where they're sitting, and what they're going to say. Not always, of course. But the last DA was 100% choreographed, with no room for rank and file voices.
