Though much damage has already been done, we can reverse some and prevent more by using the power of our vote in the upcoming spring chapter elections. UFT retirees must understand that there is a connection between the preservation of our cost-free, universally accepted health benefits and what happens in UFT elections. The UFT Retired Teachers Chapter seats 300 delegates in the UFT Delegate Assembly. A vote for Retiree Advocate will be a vote for delegates that are untethered from Unity control. A vote for Retiree Advocate will be a vote for the preservation of retiree health benefits and for the health and wellbeing of our future retirees. Spread the word!

I echo Julie. First rate reporting. Mulgrew claimed often that stabilization stories were fake news. This exposes him from top to bottom.
