My feeling is that UFT retirees and in-service members should stop contributing to COPE until the funds are used to protect retirees from Medicare Advantage and in-service members from inferior health care.
Randi Weingarten and Michael Mulgrew “focusing” on national health care is a smokescreen for not lobbying and fighting for traditional Medicare and Medicare supplement for UFT retirees and their dependents. This is so cynical it is outrageous.
