You would think that UFT employees would be organized and have certain rights and protections under a collective bargaining agreement. If Randi Weingarten and Michael Mulgrew believed in organizing workers they would start with their own.

Good point. Firing people because you just don't like them is a characteristic of a very bad boss. And this boss poses as a leader.
